Passiv Haus - Kallista

This contemporary dwelling was inspired by a fallen tree found on the vacant block.

The passiv Haus design intends to be free of heating and cooling costs, whilst offering tree top views of the local forest.

Once completed it will comprise of 2 bedrooms, a master suite with its own balcony, laundry, study, guest bathroom, formal entrance, and an open plan kitchen living area leading onto a large decked area.
