Please note: A fixed price cost analysis will only be obtained after the relevant partied enter into a preliminary agreement with the associated fee. In order for us to produce the most accurate price it is preferred that as many of the documents mentioned above be supplied to Goycon pty Ltd, In the absence of this documentation, a non binding ballpark estimate only can be provided. Once all documentation including full working drawings are provided and we have received a signed preliminary agreement , a detailed cost analysis will be carried out and supplied to the clients within 4-6 weeks.
Any cost associated with the preliminary agreement are non refundable except if a domestic building contract is entered into with Goycon pty ltd, in which case all monies will be credited to the clients on the first progress claim when the project has commenced.
